    Since bad posture is the root of orthopaedic injury and athletic injury, when you restore good posture you heal injury.

    Bad posture is also where athletes lose performance. When you can control dynamic posture throughout movement you gain your full ability to move, and even exceed to new levels of performance.

    The Aligned method has been developed from a career of helping people heal and protect themselves from orthopaedic injuries, as well as helping athletes achieve higher levels of performance, by certified functional trainer and orthopaedic exercise specialist Lori Korock.

    We have a fully comprehensive program, designed to meet you where you need to start and take you to your goals, including private, semi-private, and group workouts.

  • Align workout

    We have group workouts scheduled every day, Monday through Saturday.

    We also do private sessions by appointment, including functional alignment evaluations and exercises that are tailored to your personal needs
