    In it's traditional form, functional training is only done in private sessions. But we have spent years developing methods that bring functional training techniques into a group workout, making it accessible, affordable, and something you can do everyday.

    We have group workouts scheduled every day, Monday through Friday. All group classes are designed to increase functional skills while giving you a thorough and intense workout.

    We also do private sessions by appointment, including functional alignment evaluations and exercises that are tailored to your personal needs

    Along with group and personal sessions, we also have workshops to educate our students, giving you the knowledge and expertise you need to master your body and your movement.
